Darin Parker is a Managing Director of Parker-Migliorini International, LLC (“PMI Foods”). PMI Foods exports more than 48,000 metric tons of meat products each month. The company has 20 offices on six continents, with employees representing more than 30 nationalities.
Mr. Parker serves on both the Chamber’s International Committee and the WTC Utah Board. He graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in economics and Spanish literature. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Startup Vendors and Innovators include financial tech companies that offer a variety of services such as Loan Processing Services, New Payment Processors, Consumer Credit Restoration, High Risk Merchant CC Services, Timeshare Industry Financing, POS Service Installers and more. The exhibit hall will be open every day for the event between 10am and 4pm. Lunch will be served in the exhibit hall.
